Digital Products

The products sold on xBavly, including but not limited to digital codes, gift cards, game credits, top-ups, activation keys, subscriptions, and virtual goods, are delivered electronically and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be granted only under the following circumstances:

  • The order was charged successfully, but the product was not delivered.

  • The delivered code, key, or digital product is proven to be invalid, non-functional, or unusable at the time of delivery.

  • A duplicate charge occurred due to a payment processing error.

  • We are unable to fulfill the purchased order.

All refund requests are subject to verification and investigation by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • The digital code, key, gift card, subscription, or virtual item has been delivered successfully.

  • The code, key, or product has already been redeemed, activated, consumed, or used.

  • The customer entered incorrect account information, email addresses, usernames, player IDs, or other details required for delivery.

  • The customer purchased the wrong product, denomination, region, platform, or version.

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase.

  • The customer no longer wants or needs the product.

  • The customer found a lower price elsewhere.

  • The customer did not read the product description, compatibility requirements, or regional restrictions before purchasing.

  • The customer's device, game account, platform, or software is incompatible with the purchased product.

  • The customer violated our Terms and Conditions.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business from fraud, xBavly reserves the right to:

  • Request additional information to verify ownership of a payment method.

  • Delay, cancel, or refuse suspicious orders.

  • Refuse refund requests when fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or policy violations are suspected.

Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer, but typically take between 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed for a legitimately delivered product, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently restrict the associated account while the dispute is being investigated.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account without refund if the user:

  • Violates our Terms and Conditions;

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior;

  • Attempts unauthorized payment reversals;

  • Harasses or threatens our staff or customers.
